Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company ceased trading during the year and had no operations by 31 January 2026. The
directors do not consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern
basis, and the company is in the process of being wound down.
Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than the going
concern basis.
