For the year ending 31 March 2026 the LLP was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) relating to small LLPs.
The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

Loans and other debts due to members rank equally with debts due to other unsecured creditors in the event of a winding up. The balance includes an unreconciled prior period adjustment of £16,191 relating to opening balances brought forward from periods where full underlying accounting records were not available. Current and comparative year turnover, debtors, cash and drawings have been independently verified against CIS statements and bank records; the adjustment relates solely to opening balances that could not be corroborated against source documentation.

Transactions with related parties
During the year, the LLP advanced £3,500 to RT Builders (Kent) LLP, a related entity under common control of the same designated members (Mrs Katarzyna Tyczkowska and Mr Robert Tyczkowski). The balance is interest-free and repayable on demand.
