The company has arranged, facilitated and managed a monthly Farmers' Market in the centre of the community, using the surplus funds so acquired to provide a large xmas tree on the village green with lights.
The local authority has provided a market licence and arranged for the road through the site to be closed for the duration of each market. Local traders and their association have been consulted to ensure that stallholders permitted to attend the market do not compete with their businesses.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
