Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are depreciated at 25% reducing balance, with a charge of 33% in the year of acquisition. The depreciation charge for the year ended 30 November 2024 was understated by £11,159, the company's depreciation policy having been incorrectly applied in that year. The comparative figures have been restated accordingly. There is no effect on the corporation tax position, as depreciation is not an allowable deduction.
