REVIEW OF BUSINESS
FALMOUTH BID 2025/26 - YEAR IN REVIEW
INTRODUCTION
Falmouth BID operates with a modest annual budget of approximately £190,000 and a small team, yet continues to deliver an extensive programme of marketing, events, public realm improvements and business support on behalf of levy payers.
Through partnership working, external funding where possible, volunteer support and careful financial management, the BID consistently leverages its resources to deliver projects and services that would be difficult for individual businesses to achieve alone.
From supporting nationally recognised festivals and delivering destination marketing campaigns, to lobbying on business issues, improving public spaces and enhancing town centre safety, the BID continues to provide strong value for money and a significant return on investment for Falmouth's business community.
The achievements outlined in this report demonstrate how relatively modest resources can generate a substantial economic, social and reputational impact for the town.
