Going concern
At 31 December 2025, the company had net current liabilities of £473,983 (2024: £380,699). The directors consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future and that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
Changes in accounting policies
As of 31 December 2025, payroll costs related to office staff, crane engineers and apprentices have been reclassified in the profit and loss account as administration expenses rather that direct costs on the basis that this would present a fairer gross profit margin. This change in presentation has been applied retrospectively and as such, the profit and loss account has been restated for the year ended 31 December 2024. There has been no impact on the profit and loss reserves brought forward as of 1 January 2025.
