3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to directors
At the year end the company owed its Director, Mr C H Peler £134,233 (2025: £143,258). This includes £150,000 advanced to the company to purchase an investment property. This amount is interest free and repayable on demand. During the year £265,219 was loaned to the Company by its Director, Mr R K Berry, to facilitate the purchase of an investment property. This amount is interest free and repayable on demand, however the Company does not expect it to be called upon until the Company has sufficient funds to repay the loan.

4 Controlling party
The Company is controlled by its parent Company, Seberoo Limited, by way of ownership of 50% of the share capital of the Company.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 January 2026.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
