The charge relates to the Company’s property at 32 Danesford, Telford, TF3 2DY and provides security to Metro Bank PLC in respect of the Company’s obligations under its banking/financing arrangements. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
