PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

The company operated a food business in Swansea for the benefit of the local community. It provided employment locally during the year. Grant funding received was used towards the company's running costs. Any surplus is reinvested for the benefit of the community.

PART 2 - CONSULTATIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS

The directors consult informally with the company's stakeholders. No formal consultation was carried out during the year.

PART 3 - DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION

Total directors' remuneration was £1,954 (2024: £nil). No other transactions or arrangements require disclosure

PART 4 - TRANSFER OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration has been made.

PART 5 - INTEREST PAID AT A PERFORMANCE-RELATED RATE
