Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and under the historical cost convention.

The company has not actively traded for some time. During December 2025 the directors determined that the company would not recommence trading and intend that its affairs should be brought to a close. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.

At the balance sheet date the company's liabilities to its creditors remained outstanding. Subsequent to the year end, the directors have commenced implementing arrangements under which those liabilities are intended to be satisfied by the issue of additional share capital to the creditors, following which it is intended that the company will be brought to a close.
