STRATEGIC REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Introduction

The directors are pleased to present the annual report for Altour International Limited for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. This report reflects the Company's continued resilience, disciplined financial management, and commitment to sustainable growth within a dynamic and, at times, challenging global travel market

Business review

The principal activity of the Company during the year was to provide high-quality services as an in-house corporate travel management business, with operations in the UK and The Netherlands, serving corporate clients through a technology-enabled, service-led model.

Altour International continued to deliver resilient trading during 2025 despite a reduction in reported turnover arising from the disposal of the French operation and wider market pressures. The corporate travel market faced a particularly challenging first half of the year as the introduction of US tariffs under the Trump administration created widespread uncertainty in global trade and suppressed transatlantic business travel demand. Industry data from the Advantage Travel Partnership and Travelogix confirmed that UK bookings to the United States fell by approximately 26% in the first six months of 2025 as organisations reassessed the need for transatlantic travel in an uncertain trade environment. Across all destinations, total UK corporate travel spend fell by approximately 5% and volumes declined by over 12% year-on-year in H1 2025. Altour navigated these conditions through a focus on retaining and deepening relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities in markets less affected by tariff disruption, including European and Middle Eastern routes where demand held firm.

A significant strategic development during the year was the progression of the Altour Enterprise Project, an internal initiative designed to enhance Altour's technology-enabled service proposition for enterprise-level corporate clients. Building on Altour's investment in AI-powered travel management tools, enhanced data analytics, and integrated expense and reporting capabilities, the project is intended to close the gap between large enterprise travel programmes and the needs of growing mid-market corporate clients. This initiative reflects the Group's ambition to remain at the forefront of the technology-driven transformation of corporate travel management and positions Altour for sustainable growth as market conditions normalise.

Following the strategic sale of Altour France in January 2025, Altour has sharpened its focus on its core UK and Netherlands operations. The business remains a key contributor to the Group's revenue base and continues to benefit from the scale and global reach of its parent organisation, Internova Travel Group, which ranks as the highest-rated American corporate travel management company according to Business Travel News

Market and macroeconomic environment

The travel market in 2025 was defined by a confluence of macroeconomic, geopolitical, and sector-specific factors that created both challenges and opportunities for the Company. The introduction of sweeping tariffs by the Trump administration in early 2025 had an immediate and material impact on global trade confidence and, by extension, business travel. Industry-wide data demonstrated a significant cooling in long-haul corporate travel, particularly on transatlantic routes, during the first and second quarters of the year. According to the Travelogix Global Business Travel Review, UK-based organisations reduced their total travel spend by approximately 5% and travel volumes fell by over 12% year-on-year in H1 2025, with particularly sharp falls in bookings to the United States. New York, which ranked second by booking volume in H1 2024, fell to fourth place in the equivalent period of 2025, while Los Angeles dropped from the top 10 to 22nd position. As the year progressed and some trade uncertainty abated, market conditions stabilised, with a greater focus on short-haul and European routes as businesses adapted their travel strategies.

Key risks and mitigating factors

Risk
Potential Impact
Mitigation
Consumer and corporate demand
A reduction in profitability arising from weakened consumer confidence or a decline in corporate travel demand, whether driven by economic cycles, geopolitical events, or trade policy changes.
The Company actively monitors bookings performance, market intelligence, and client sentiment. Pricing and product strategy is reviewed regularly. The Company's diversification across corporate, advisory, and leisure segments provides a natural hedge against segment-specific downturns.
Geopolitical and macro-economic uncertainty
Volatile geopolitical conditions – including tariff-driven trade friction, political instability, or economic slowdowns – may suppress travel demand and impact the Company's revenue and margins.
The Company maintains a close watching brief on geopolitical developments through its parent organisation, Internova Travel Group. Scenario planning and cost management flexibility enable swift response to deteriorating conditions.
Competitive risks
The risk that new entrants, technology-led disruptors, or existing competitors may erode the Company's market share or advisor network.
The directors maintain close oversight of market dynamics and invest continuously in service quality, advisor support, and technology capability. The Company's affiliation with Internova Travel Group provides scale and bargaining power that independent competitors cannot easily replicate.
Key supplier management
The risk of losing major suppliers or experiencing deterioration in supplier terms and preferred-partner status.
The Company maintains strong and proactive relationships with all key suppliers. Accounts are reconciled regularly, payments are made in a timely manner, and senior leadership engages with supplier partners throughout the year, including at key industry and partner events.
Business continuity and IT systems
The risk of failure of the Company's IT systems, or of a cybersecurity breach, leading to business interruption, data loss, or reputational damage.
Systems are regularly updated, patched, and backed up. The Company leverages the IT governance framework of Internova Travel Group and regularly reviews its cybersecurity posture to ensure appropriate protection is maintained.
Operating cost control
A reduction in profit if operating costs are not adequately managed relative to revenue.
Cost variances are reviewed monthly against budget and forecast. Remedial action is taken promptly where required. The Company benefits from the shared services and procurement leverage of Internova Travel Group.

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Liquidity risk
A shortage of working capital impacting the Company's ability to meet its operational obligations.
The directors monitor working capital closely through regular cash flow forecasting and maintain close communication with the Company's parent organisation, which provides additional comfort as to the Company's ability to meet its obligations.
Credit risk
Profitability may be impacted by the non-payment or late payment of amounts due from clients.
The Company operates a tight credit control framework. Credit is phased out where possible, with clients encouraged to settle by direct debit or credit card. Trade receivables are monitored regularly and provisions raised as necessary.
Sustainability
The risk that the Company fails to make sufficient progress on its environmental and social responsibilities, or that its supply chain does not meet expected standards.
Sustainability is embedded as a core management principle. The Company advances its sustainability objectives through Internova Travel Group's partnership with Sustainable Travel International and through its own operational improvements, including the energy efficiency measures that contributed to a 54% reduction in Scope 2 emissions during 2025.

STRATEGIC REPORT (CONTINUED)
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Strategic review and future prospects

Despite the challenges presented by tariff-related uncertainty and sector-specific disruptions during 2025, the Company continued to generate a profit.

Trading in the early weeks of 2026 has been encouraging, with turnover showing growth year on year. The stabilisation of trade conditions and an improvement in corporate travel confidence in the latter part of 2025 appear to be continuing into the new year.

Looking ahead, the directors remain focused on leveraging the Altour Enterprise Project to strengthen Altour's technology proposition and defend as well as grow its corporate client base. The Company's affiliation with Internova Travel Group continues to provide strategic, operational, and financial support that underpins the Company's ability to execute on these priorities.

Funding, liquidity and going concern

As at 31 December 2025, the Company had net assets of £4.5 million (2024: £4 million) and net current liabilities of £2 million (2024: £4 million). The directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, having considered forecast cash flows and the continued financial support available from the wider group, as described in Note 2.3. They are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.

Employee involvement and communication

The Company remains committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding workplace. Our financial position enables continued investment in employee development, well-being, and engagement. Open communication and collaborative forums are central to our culture, ensuring that employee aspirations remain aligned with organisational goals.

Internova Travel Group invests actively in the well-being and growth of its employees, aiming to create a working environment that supports professional development and personal success. We foster a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous learning, offering skill enhancement, career advancement opportunities, and work-life balance programmes to ensure each team member feels valued and motivated. Professional development is supported through mentorship programmes, leadership coaching, flexible working arrangements, and self-directed learning through platforms such as LinkedIn Learning. We promote two-way communication through proactive employee forums, team meetings, and regular Townhalls.

The Company is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity and complies with all applicable UK legislation in respect of diversity, equality, and inclusion. Regular events with internal and external guest speakers, diversity committees, and open communications through the 'Everyone Belongs' newsletter ensure that our commitment to an inclusive culture is embedded throughout the organisation.

Disabled employees

The Company maintains an inclusive recruitment and employment policy, ensuring that disabled applicants and employees are given equitable opportunities for career development and advancement. The Company is committed to the continued employment and appropriate retraining of employees who may become disabled during their tenure, and takes all reasonable steps to make adjustments to support their continued contribution to the business.

Future Developments
The future developments for the Company are covered in the Business Review and Strategic Review and Future Prospects sections of the Company Strategic Report.

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Financial Instruments

Liquidity risk
The Company actively manages its cash and borrowing requirements to ensure sufficient liquid resources are maintained to meet operational commitments at all times. Detailed cash flow forecasts are prepared and reviewed regularly by the directors, enabling proactive management of working capital requirements. The Company also benefits from the financial support of its ultimate parent organisation, Internova Holdings, LLC, which provides additional comfort as to the Company's ability to meet its obligations in the short to medium term.

Interest rate risk
The Company is exposed to cash flow interest rate risk arising from floating rate deposits and bank overdrafts. The Board reviews and manages this exposure regularly, ensuring an appropriate balance between fixed and variable rate positions. This strategy mitigates the impact of interest rate fluctuations on the Company's financial performance.

Credit risk
Cash investments and borrowings are placed only with financial institutions approved by the Board, ensuring the security of the Company's funds. The Company enforces strict credit terms, typically requiring payment prior to service delivery or within defined credit limits. Trade receivables are closely monitored and provisions for doubtful debts are made as necessary to safeguard the Company's financial assets.

Directors' Indemnities
Throughout the year and at the date of this report, the Company maintained directors' and officers' liability insurance, constituting a qualifying third-party indemnity provision under the Companies Act 2006. This protection reinforces the Company's governance framework and supports the directors in fulfilling their fiduciary duties with appropriate assurance.

Environmental Policy
The Company is committed to responsible energy management and practises energy efficiency across its operations wherever feasible. Acknowledging the global challenge of climate change, the Company recognises its responsibility in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and remains dedicated to advancing sustainability within the travel sector.

Post balance sheet events

The directors have confirmed no material events have occurred since the date of approval of these financial statements that would affect the financial statements of the Company.

This report was approved by the board and signed on its behalf.

We have nothing to report in respect of the following matters in relation to which the Companies Act 2006 requires us to report to you if, in our opinion:

∙adequate accounting records have not been kept, or returns adequate for our audit have not been received from branches not visited by us; or
∙the financial statements are not in agreement with the accounting records and returns; or
∙certain disclosures of Directors' remuneration specified by law are not made; or
∙we have not received all the information and explanations we require for our audit.

Responsibilities of directors

As explained more fully in the Directors' responsibilities statement set out on page 9, the Directors are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal control as the Directors determine is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.

In preparing the financial statements, the Directors are responsible for assessing the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless the Directors either intend to liquidate the Company or to cease operations, or have no realistic alternative but to do so.

INDEPENDENT AUDITORS' REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF ALTOUR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (CONTINUED)

Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements

Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an Auditors' report that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs (UK) will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.

Irregularities, including fraud, are instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations. We design procedures in line with our responsibilities, outlined above, to detect material misstatements in respect of irregularities, including fraud. The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities, including fraud is detailed below:
- Enquiry of management and those charged with governance around actual and potential litigation and claims;
- Reviewing minutes of meetings of those charged with governance;
- Performing audit work over the risk of management override of controls, including testing of journal entries and other adjustments for appropriateness, evaluating the business rationale of significant transactions outside the normal course of business and reviewing accounting estimates for bias
- Enquiry of management and those charged with governance to identify any instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations;

The potential effect of these laws and regulations on the financial statements varies considerably.

Firstly, the Company is subject to laws and regulations that directly affect the financial statements including financial reporting legislation (including related companies legislation), distributable profits legislation and taxation legislation and we assessed the extent of compliance with these laws and regulations as part of our procedures on the related financial statement items.

Secondly, the Company is subject to many other laws and regulations where the consequence of noncompliance could have a material effect on amounts or disclosures in the financial statements, for instance the imposition of fines or litigation or the loss of the Company's license to operate. We identified the following areas as those most likely to have such an effect: health and safety including data protection laws, employment law compliance recognising the nature of the Company’s activities. Auditing standards limit the required audit procedures to identify non-compliance with these laws and regulations to enquiry of the directors and other management and inspection of regulatory and legal correspondence, if any. Therefore, if a breach of operational regulations is not disclosed to us or evident from relevant correspondence, an audit will not detect that breach.

Because of the inherent limitations of an audit, there is a risk that we will not detect all irregularities, including those leading to a material misstatement in the financial statements or non-compliance with regulation. This risk increases the more that compliance with a law or regulation is removed from the events and transactions reflected in the financial statements, as we will be less likely to become aware of instances of non-compliance.
The risk is also greater regarding irregularities occurring due to fraud rather than error, as fraud involves intentional concealment, forgery, collusion, omission or misrepresentation.

We communicate with those charged with governance regarding, among other matters, the planned scope and timing of the audit and significant audit findings, including any significant deficiencies in internal control that we identify during our audit.

A further description of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements is located on the Financial Reporting Council's website at: www.frc.org.uk/auditorsresponsibilities. This description forms part of our Auditors' report.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

Judgements made by the directors, in the application of these accounting policies that have significant effect on the financial statements and estimates with a significant risk of material adjustment in the next year are discussed in note 3.

The accounting policies set out below have, unless otherwise stated, consistently applied to all periods presented in these financial statements. The exemptions taken under FRS 102 include the following:

∙Key management personnel compensation disclosure;
∙Reconciliation of the number of shares outstanding from the beginning to the end of the period;
∙Preparation of separate Cash flow statement

2.2

Exemption from preparing consolidated financial statements

The Company is a parent company that is also a subsidiary included in the consolidated financial statements of a larger group by a parent undertaking established under the law of any part of the United Kingdom and is therefore exempt from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements under section 400 of the Companies Act 2006.

2.3

Going concern

The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Travel Collection UK Limited and forms part of the Internova Travel Group.

At 31 December 2025 the Company had net current liabilities of £1.9m (2024: £4.2m). Included within current liabilities are amounts owed to group undertakings of £6.8m (2024: £6.2m). The Company continues to generate positive operating cash inflows from its core trading activities and has access to funding from other group entities where required.

In assessing the appropriateness of the going concern basis of preparation, the directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and cash flow projections for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts have been prepared taking account of current trading performance, expected future business levels and anticipated working capital requirements.

The directors have also considered the financial position of the wider group and have received confirmation from the Company's immediate parent undertaking, Global Travel Collection UK Limited, that it intends to provide such financial support as may be required to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.

Based on the forecasts prepared, the continued profitability of the business, the availability of group funding and the support provided by the Company's parent undertaking, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.

The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.

2.4

Foreign currency translation

Functional and presentation currency

The Company's functional and presentational currency is GBP.

Transactions and balances

Foreign currency transactions are translated into the functional currency using the spot exchange rates at the dates of the transactions.

At each period end foreign currency monetary items are translated using the closing rate. Non-monetary items measured at historical cost are translated using the exchange rate at the date of the transaction and non-monetary items measured at fair value are measured using the exchange rate when fair value was determined.

2.Accounting policies (continued)

2.5

Revenue recognition

Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the Company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales
taxes.

Turnover represents amounts earned during the year from transaction fees, management fees, commissions receivable, and other income in accordance with contractual arrangements, exclusive of Value Added tax.

Revenue from the rendering of services is measured at the point when risk of service transaction is transferred in the reporting period provided that the outcome can be reliably estimated, which is considered to be the booking date.  Commission income is recognised in its entirety as the risk is carried in full. When the outcome cannot be reliably estimated, revenue is estimated only to the extent that expenses recognised are recoverable.

2.6

Operating leases: the Company as lessee

Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight-line basis over the lease term.

2.7

Interest income

Interest income is recognised in profit or loss using the effective interest method.

2.8

Finance costs

Finance costs are charged to profit or loss over the term of the debt using the effective interest method so that the amount charged is at a constant rate on the carrying amount. Issue costs are initially recognised as a reduction in the proceeds of the associated capital instrument.

2.9

Pensions

Defined contribution pension plan

The Company operates a defined contribution plan for its employees. A defined contribution plan is a pension plan under which the Company pays fixed contributions into a separate entity. Once the contributions have been paid the Company has no further payment obligations.

The contributions are recognised as an expense in profit or loss when they fall due. Amounts not paid are shown in accruals as a liability in the Balance sheet. The assets of the plan are held separately from the Company in independently administered funds.

2.10

Current and deferred taxation

The tax expense for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in profit or loss except that a charge attributable to an item of income and expense recognised as other comprehensive income or to an item recognised directly in equity is also recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity respectively.

The current income tax charge is calculated on the basis of tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date in the countries where the Company operates and generates income.

Deferred tax balances are recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed by the balance sheet date, except that:
∙The recognition of deferred tax assets is limited to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits; and
∙Any deferred tax balances are reversed if and when all conditions for retaining associated tax allowances have been met.

Deferred tax balances are not recognised in respect of permanent differences except in respect of business combinations, when deferred tax is recognised on the differences between the fair values of assets acquired and the future tax deductions available for them and the differences between the fair values of liabilities acquired and the amount that will be assessed for tax. Deferred tax is determined using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

2.11

Intangible assets

Goodwill

Goodwill represents the difference between amounts paid on the cost of a business combination and the acquirer’s interest in the fair value of its identifiable assets and liabilities of the acquiree at the date of acquisition. Subsequent to initial recognition, goodwill is measured at cost less accumulated amortisation and accumulated impairment losses. Goodwill is amortised on a straight-line basis to the Profit and loss account over a 10 year period.

Other intangible assets

Intangible assets are initially recognised at cost. After recognition, under the cost model, intangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses.

All intangible assets are considered to have a finite useful life. If a reliable estimate of the useful life cannot be made, the useful life shall not exceed ten years.

2.12

Tangible fixed assets

Tangible fixed assets under the cost model are stated at historical cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Historical cost includes expenditure that is directly attributable to bringing the asset to the location and condition necessary for it to be capable of operating in the manner intended by management.

2.12
Tangible fixed assets (continued)

Depreciation is charged so as to allocate the cost of assets less their residual value over their estimated useful lives, on a reducing balance basis.

Depreciation is provided on the following basis:

Computer equipment
-
25%

The assets' residual values, useful lives and depreciation methods are reviewed, and adjusted prospectively if appropriate, or if there is an indication of a significant change since the last reporting date.

Gains and losses on disposals are determined by comparing the proceeds with the carrying amount and are recognised in profit or loss.

2.13

Valuation of investments

Investments in subsidiaries are measured at cost less accumulated impairment.

2.14

Debtors

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment. Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment.

2.15

Cash and cash equivalents

Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.

2.16

Creditors

Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

2.17

Provisions for liabilities

Provisions are made where an event has taken place that gives the Company a legal or constructive obligation that probably requires settlement by transfer of economic benefit, and a reliable estimate can be made of the amount of the obligation.

Provisions are charged as an expense to profit and loss in the year that the Company becomes aware of the obligations, and are measured at the best estimate at the balance sheet date of the expenditure required to settle the obligation, taking into account relevant risks and uncertainties.

When payments are eventually made, they are charged to the provision carried in the Balance Sheet.

Financial instruments

Basic financial assets

Basic financial assets, which include trade and other debtors, cash and bank balances, are initially measured at their transaction price (adjusted for transaction costs except in the initial measurement of financial assets that are subsequently measured at fair value through profit and loss) and are subsequently carried at their amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any provision for impairment, unless the arrangement constitutes a financing transaction, where the transaction is measured at the present value of the future receipts discounted at a market rate of interest.

Discounting is omitted where the effect of discounting is immaterial. The Company's cash and cash equivalents, trade and most other debtors due with the operating cycle fall into this category of financial instruments.

Basic financial liabilities

Financial liabilities and equity instruments are classified according to the substance of the contractual arrangements entered into. An equity instrument is any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the Company after the deduction of all its liabilities.

Basic financial liabilities, which include trade and other creditors, bank loans and other loans are initially measured at their transaction price (adjusting for transaction costs except in the initial measurement of financial liabilities that are subsequently measured at fair value through profit and loss). When this constitutes a financing transaction, whereby the debt instrument is measured at the present value of the future payments discounted at a market rate of interest, discounting is omitted where the effect of discounting is immaterial.

Debt instruments are subsequently carried at their amortised cost using the effective interest rate method.

Trade creditors are obligations to pay for goods and services that have been acquired in the ordinary course of business from suppliers. Trade creditors are classified as current liabilities if the payment is due within one year. If not, they represent non-current liabilities. Trade creditors are initially recognised at their transaction price and subsequently are measured at amortised cost using the effective interest method. Discounting is omitted where the effect of discounting is immaterial.

2.19

Dividends

Equity dividends are recognised when they become legally payable. Interim equity dividends are recognised when paid. Final equity dividends are recognised when approved by the shareholders at an annual general meeting.

Judgments in applying accounting policies and key sources of estimation uncertainty

The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts reported for assets and liabilities as at the Balance Sheet date and the amounts reported for revenues and expenses during the year. However, the nature of estimation means that actual outcomes could differ from those estimates. Details of the key areas of judgement and estimation are as follows:

Judgements
In preparing these financial statements, the directors have had to make the following judgments:

Assessment of impairment indicators for goodwill and investments in subsidiary undertakings.

The directors have considered whether there are indicators of impairment in respect of the Company's goodwill and investments in subsidiaries. This assessment requires judgement regarding the current and expected future trading performance of the underlying businesses, together with their expected future cash flows.

Key sources of estimation uncertainty

Recoverability of goodwill and investments in subsidiary undertakings - The carrying value of goodwill and investments is reviewed for indicators of impairment. This assessment requires estimates of future trading performance and cash flows of the relevant businesses and consideration of whether the carrying values remain recoverable.

The directors do not consider there to be any other critical judgements or key sources of estimation uncertainty  that have a significant risk of causing a material adjustment to the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities within the next financial year.
