Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. They have not been prepared on a going-concern basis. In May 2026 the director resolved to cease trading and to seek the company’s voluntary dissolution. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a realisation basis, with assets stated at amounts expected to be recovered and liabilities recognised at amounts expected to be settled in the course of winding down the company.
