Statutory Information

1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the period was 1 (2026: 1).

Company Closure

The Company ceased trading on 31 July 2026 and has discontinued all business operations. Accordingly, these financial statements are the final accounts of the Company. The directors intend to apply for the Company to be struck off the register maintained by the Registrar of Companies.

Director's Responsibilities:

For the period ended 31 July 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
