Principal activities of the company

Sterilisation, vaccination, veterinary care of beach stray dogs and cats in Mauritius. Feeding programme at hotel and public beaches. Small shelter for project dogs that need more care due too illness or injury. Assistance given to tourists that want to relocate stray dogs or cats overseas

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

Sterilisation, vaccinations, verterinary care of beach and village stray dogs and cats in Mauritius. Feeding programme at hotel and public beaches. We also have a small shelter on the island for project dogs that need more care due to illness and injury. We also provide shelter for female dogs and their pups if abandoned. We try to find adoptions for as many of the shelter dogs and pups both on the island and overseas. Assistance is given to tourists that want to relocate strays they meet on holiday, overseas.
