During the financial year, Mission Exhale CIC continued to benefit young people and the wider community through mental health, wellbeing and personal development workshops, programmes and events. Our activities supported young people to develop confidence, self-esteem, emotional regulation, resilience and a stronger sense of identity, particularly during key educational and personal transition stages. Our work benefited the community in the following ways: - During the year, we we expanded our delivery across schools and colleges which involved the creation of programmes (between 4 and 6 weeks at a time) - We worked with school staff, community organisations and other local partners to respond to identified wellbeing needs and provide accessible, preventative support to young people. - Our flagship T.H.R.I.V.E programme, developed following consultation with a secondary school in 2024, was delivered during the year 2025 as a tailored programme supporting young people with identity, self-esteem, confidence, emotional regulation and resilience. Feedback from participants and partner staff helped us understand the impact of this work and identify areas where further support was needed. - We also provided one-off wellbeing and personal development workshops, assemblies and community activities, creating safe spaces for young people to explore their emotions, build self-belief and develop practical tools to support their wellbeing. Through these activities, Mission Exhale CIC continued to respond to identified wellbeing needs within the communities we serve, while developing further opportunities for early support, prevention and positive personal development.
