During the year ended 31 March 2026, Project Accountability CIC delivered intervention programmes and provided practical support to individuals within the community. The company worked closely with stakeholders to help individuals access employment opportunities, secure or maintain suitable housing, and engage with mentoring and personal development support. The company also provided transport and accompanied stakeholders to appointments, interviews and other essential services where required. These activities benefited the community by reducing barriers to employment and housing, improving access to support services, and helping individuals build confidence, stability and greater independence.
The company held monthly meetings with stakeholders throughout the year. These meetings provided stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss their needs, experiences and progress, and to provide feedback on the support and intervention programmes delivered by the company. Feedback received during these meetings was used to review and adapt the support provided, including mentoring, assistance with employment and housing, transport to appointments and referrals to other appropriate services. This helped ensure that the company’s services remained responsive to the needs of its stakeholders.
