    Turnover policy

Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the Company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Cost includes all expenditure directly attributable to bringing the asset into working condition for its intended use. Depreciation is charged so as to allocate the cost of tangible assets less their residual value over their estimated useful lives, using the straight-line method. The estimated useful lives are as follows: - Office Equipment: 2 to 5 years The assets’ residual values, useful lives and depreciation methods are reviewed, and adjusted prospectively if appropriate, at each reporting date. Intangible assets are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. Amortisation is charged on a systematic basis over the asset’s useful economic life where this can be reliably estimated. Where the useful economic life cannot be reliably estimated, amortisation is provided over a period not exceeding 10 years. Intangible assets are reviewed for impairment annually and whenever there is an indication that the asset may be impaired.
