6. Related party transactions

Description of the Transaction: During the period the directors introduced funds totalling £52,869.82 to enable the company to acquire and refurbish its investment property. Of that amount, £100.00 was applied in satisfaction of their subscription for shares, leaving £52,769.82 outstanding at 31 December 2025. The amounts owed to the directors are unsecured, interest free and have no fixed date of repayment. No amounts were advanced by the company to any director during the period and no amounts were owed by any director to the company at the reporting date. Each of the directors has given a personal guarantee to the company's mortgage lender in respect of the company's obligations under the mortgage loan referred to in notes 7 and 8. No charge has been made by the directors to the company in respect of these guarantees.
