Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company ceased trading on 31 January 2026 and the director intends to apply for the company to be struck off the register following the settlement of its remaining liabilities. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on the going concern basis. The financial statements have been prepared on a basis considered appropriate for a company that has ceased trading.
