Notes to the Accounts

1. Basis of Preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006.

4. Going Concern
Advances to the director totalled £1,801.44, repayments £1,425.18, leaving £376.26 outstanding at 31 May 2026. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand and was repaid in full on 19 September 2026. The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis, the director having confirmed his intention to continue supporting the company.
