SOLVENCY
Although the company appears to be trading insolvent with a negative Shareholders Fund of £6,295 the Director deems the company solvent to trade as they are owed £6,123 via the Directors Loan Account wich she does not wish to be repaid in the next 12 months.
For the year ending 31 August 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
