The Directors present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 for Hose Rhodes Dickson Limited ("the Company").

The principal activity of the Company was that of letting and estate agency. On 10 August 2022, the Company's trade and net assets were sold to companies within the Leaders Romans Group and the Company ceased trading. Since that date the Company has not traded.

The Company did not trade for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The only transaction in the prior year was an adjustment to the previously recognised gain on the sale of the Company's trade during 2022.

The Directors of the Company who held office during the year and up to the date of signing the financial statements, unless otherwise stated, were as follows:

At 31 December 2025, third party indemnity provision for the benefit of the Company's directors was in force. The Company maintains liability insurance for its Directors and officers during the year under review and up to the date of signing the financial statements. This is a qualifying third-party indemnity provision for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to small companies within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.

For the financial year ended 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Hose Rhodes Dickson Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Building 1 Meadows Business Park, Blackwater, Camberley, GU17 9AB.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The disclosure requirements of section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the Company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Following the transfer of the Company's trade and net assets to other companies within the Leaders Romans Group, falsethe Company is no longer considered to be a going concern and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern.

Amounts owed by group undertakings are interest free, have no fixed payment terms, and are repayable on demand.
