| You consider that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 30 April 2026. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year. |
| In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet, the Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us. |
| We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts. |

| Independent examiner's statement |
| I have completed my examination of the accounts year end 30 April 2026, I confirm that no matters |
| have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe: |
|
| Accounting records were not kept in respect of the company as required by section 386 of the |
| 2006 Act; or |
| The accounts do not accord with those records; or |
| The accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act |
| other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter |
| considered as part of an independent examination; or |
| The accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the |
| Statement or Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to |
| charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard in the UK |
| and Republic of Ireland FRS 102) |
|
| I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to |
| which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the |
| acccounts to be reached. |

Accounting policies |
|
|
Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs. |

Tangible fixed assets |
|
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulative depreciation and any accumulative impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets, other than freehold land, at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value, of each asset evenly over its expected useful life, as follows: |
