Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. The current period is 1 February to 31 December 2025; the comparative period is 6 January 2024 to 31 January 2025. Comparatives have been restated to correct accrued income, expense timing, depreciation, director funding and tax balances. Comparative net assets increased from £17,716 to £20,489. The tax provision includes the estimated correction; historical returns remain unchanged. Current assets include an interest-free £5,500 loan to 30X30 UNITED KINGDOM CIC, repayable on request. It is carried at cost based on Q1 2026 customer revenue expected at the year end. Repayment became uncertain in 2026; the outcome cannot yet be estimated reliably.
