These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
During the period the director had a loan account with the company. At 1 January 2025, the director owed the company £114,746. During the year the company provided further loan advances of £9,804 and the director made repayments of £5,439. At 31 December the director owed the company £119,111. Interest of £4,304 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements.
