Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

6. Post balance sheet events

1.General information Hirespace Website Limited is a private limited company limited by share capital. The company is incorporated in England and Wales, (company number 07828456). The company's registered office is located at 40 Ashley Gardens Ambrosden Avenue London SW1P 1QE. Accounting policies 2.1 Basis of preparation of financial statements The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view. The following principal accounting policies have been applied: 2.2 Going concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. During the year, the company incurred losses and the directors are aware that the statement of financial position shows a net current liability position. This is due in part to the company's revenue recognition policy which defers income from annual venue subscriptions, when the cash is received upfront . The directors are confident that the company can continue to meet its obligations, if and when, they become due. The accounts have been prepared on the basis that the Company remains a going concern.
