REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
FOR THE PERIOD 1ST DECEMBER 2025 TO 31ST JULY 2026
The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the period 1st December 2025 to 31st July 2026. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Policies and objectives
Charitable status was granted on 10 November 2016. The objectives of the Charity were to advance in life and help young people through education/training to enhance the advancement of health or the saving of lives.
In setting objectives and planning for activities, the Trustees have given due consideration to general guidance published by the Charity Commission relating to public benefit, including the guidance 'Public benefit: running a charity (PB2)'.
Strategies for achieving objectives
The principle activity of the Charity was the organisation of events for the purpose of raising funds to achieve its charitable objectives.
Activities undertaken to achieve objectives
The Charity has traditionally organised an annual golf tournament to raise funds which were used to further its activities. Due to unforeseen circumstances this event did not take place and the trustees have decided to distribute funds in accordance with the Charities objectives before ending the fundraising activities.
Main activities undertaken to further the Charity's purposes for the public benefit
The Trustees have had regard to the Public Benefits Guidance as issued by the Charity Commissioners. They are satisfied that the activities of the Charity meet the criteria with regards to public benefit.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Main achievements of the Charity
The Charity made donations to relevant causes.
Key performance indicators
Due to the activities of the Charity, the Trustees are of the opinion that the use of key performance indicators are not necessary for the development, performance or position of the Charity.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves policy
The Charity reserves cash sums as the Trustees consider appropriate to ensure the Charity is able to meet its future obligations.
Going concern
The trustees have distributed the charity's remaining funds in accordance with its charitable objectives and also bringing its fundraising activities to an end. As a result, the trustees have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a basis other than the going concern basis.
Financial risk management objectives and policies
The key risks and uncertainties affecting the Charity relate to identifying appropriate charitable causes. The Charity does not actively use financial instruments as part of its risk management. It is exposed to the usual credit and cash flow risks associated with its activities and these are managed through applying cash and credit control procedures. The nature of its financial instruments means that they are not subject to price or liquidity risk.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governing document
The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust, and constitutes a limited company, limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.

| 2. | the accounts do not accord with those records; or |
| 3. | the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of Section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or |

Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources. |
