These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Income Statement.

1. General Information

Oneragtime Exipple Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 10779369 . The registered office is 2nd Floor, Heathmans House, 19 Heathmans Road, London, SW6 4TJ.

2. Accounting Policies

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements

These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with Section 1A of FRS 102, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland'.

2.2. Turnover

Turnover is recognised as management fees equal to the professional fees incurred during the year under review.

2.3. Investments

Where possible, equity investments are valued in accordance with IPEVC (International Private Equity & Venture Capital) valuation guidelines, otherwise they are valued at cost less impairments.

As the investments are not listed, the valuation is based on the last issued share price and where investments are revalued upwards, the value does not reflect any performance fee due.
