Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

Company activities and impact

The Wellderness is improving people's lives through nature and improving nature through people. We run a monthly campfire community from a site in Findon, West Sussex, where people can gather, share stories and connect with each other. During the year we also ran ticketed events with the aim of getting people to spend more time in nature, including 12 events covering, foraging, forest bathing, solstice events, Beltane Fire and Feast Festival. These events benefited our community through reconnection to nature, learning new skills and experiences, and increased social connection.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are members of the local community over 16 years old. A questionnaire is sent out after each of our events, gauging feedback on the event and on our mission and purpose. These questionnaires have been helpful in improving our offering to the community.
