Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 2 (2025: Nil).

2. Accounting basis and standards

The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

3. Related party note

As at the year end, the company owed Mrs T O'Connor amounts totalling £159,756 (2025 - £161,121) in relation to a loan made to the company to service its working capital requirements. This was the minimum amount owed to Mrs T O'Connor which is interest free and has no set date for repayment.

For the year ending 31st May 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

These financial statements were approved by the board of directors and authorised for issue on 24 September 2026 , and are signed on behalf of the board by:
