Transactions with related parties
Prior period adjustment - dividends During the year the directors identified that dividends declared to the shareholder in the years ended 30 November 2023 and 30 November 2024, and reported in the shareholder's Self Assessment tax returns for 2022-23 and 2023-24, had been recorded in the company's books as repayments of the director's loan account rather than as dividends. This has been corrected as a prior period adjustment in accordance with FRS 102 Section 10 and the comparative figures have been restated. The correction increases dividends and the amount owed by the company to the director by the same amount. There is no effect on turnover, profit before tax or taxation for any period.
