The company’s stakeholders are residents of and visitors to Well Projects C.I.C., and contemporary artists. The Directors of the company have lived in Margate for 7 years and developed the business model for Well Projects C.I.C. on their experience of talking to other creative practitioners who live and work locally. We ask every artist that we work with to give us feedback on how they have experienced working with us. This has helped us to build up a profile of artists' needs and what we can do to meet them more effectively. Our research has enabled us to identify that there is a local desire for exciting contemporary exhibitions, subsided live events, reading groups and subsided workshops. We encourage all visitors to Well Projects C.I.C. to provide feedback and have a robust evaluation process in place that provides Well Projects C.I.C. with very useful qualitative and quantitative data that directly impacts the development of new activity.
