Directors' report period ended 31 December 2025

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2025

Principal activities of the company

During this financial year, Edible Archives delivered a significant project The Bradford Selection and a small amount of R&D for Feast Fest. We also participated in Expanding Horizons for which we received a small grant for organisational development that wasn't spent during this financial year. The Bradford Selection was a project grant funded by Bradford 2025 (Bradford Culture Company), Arts Council England, and British Library. We worked with a number of freelancers, and had significant production costs. We built a pop-up bakery for this project, hiring and purchasing some significant equipment, as well as ingredients. We did extensive community engagement. This project spend was not completed in this financial year. Feast Fest consisted of travel and a small amount of fees to the core team. We also did some organisational development with the support of Bradford Producing Hub.
