During its first financial period, 30X30 UNITED KINGDOM CIC developed its operating model and digital infrastructure to connect businesses with nature restoration and volunteering opportunities. The company worked to make it easier for businesses and their employees to support projects delivered by organisations working on the ground. This activity was intended to benefit the wider community by increasing practical support for nature recovery and creating opportunities for people to engage directly with nature.
During the period the company consulted prospective business customers, restoration partners, volunteers and advisers through direct conversations, pilot and partnership discussions, and feedback during early product development. This helped refine the company’s approach to connecting businesses with on-the-ground partners and shaped the development of its nature volunteering platform around the needs of organisations and participants.
The total amount paid or receivable by Elliot Alexander Coad and Nicola Helen O’Malley in respect of qualifying services was £10,000. Andreea Marilena Sapunaru received no remuneration. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with directors’ remuneration, or compensation for loss of office, requiring disclosure.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
