Transactions with related parties
During the period the company entered into the following transactions with related parties. All balances are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. K.R. Sushi Ltd K.R. Sushi Ltd is a company under the control of Mr J R Flores, a director and the controlling shareholder of the company. During the period the company made advances to K.R. Sushi Ltd. At 31 May 2026 the amount owed to the company by K.R. Sushi Ltd was £19,109, which is included in debtors. Ecclesall Sushi Ltd Ecclesall Sushi Ltd is a company controlled by a close family member of the directors. During the period the company received an advance of £2,000 from Ecclesall Sushi Ltd. At 31 May 2026 the amount owed by the company to Ecclesall Sushi Ltd was £2,000, which is included in creditors. Ms C Cabajar (director during the period) During the period Ms C Cabajar advanced £5,000 to the company, of which £3,101 was repaid during the period. At 31 May 2026 the amount owed by the company to Ms C Cabajar was £1,899, which is included in creditors. Ms C Cabajar resigned as a director on 18 September 2026.
