The Self Agency CIC
Company No.13105742
Community Interest Company Report
For the year ended 31 December 2025
PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

During the financial year, The Self Agency CIC continued to provide neurodiversity, disability inclusion and accessibility consultancy, coaching, facilitation and training. Activities included one-to-one neurodivergent coaching, including Access to Work-funded support; neuroinclusive workplace consultancy and policy work; Lunch & Learns, workshops and speaking engagements; and facilitation and co-creation work with employers, universities and public-sector organisations.

Projects during the year included work with organisations such as the University of the West of England, University of Bristol, Bristol City Council, National Trust, Ubisoft, CareScribe and Brain in Hand, alongside continued work with Bristol Disability Equality Forum. This included helping organisations understand barriers experienced by neurodivergent and Disabled people, improve workplace adjustments and inclusive practice, and involve lived experience in the design of policies, services and working environments.

The community benefit of this work has been to increase understanding of neurodiversity and disability, support neurodivergent and Disabled people to navigate work with greater confidence and access appropriate support, and strengthen organisations' ability to create more accessible and inclusive environments. Surplus generated through the CIC supports its continuing social-impact work.

PART 2 - CONSULTATIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS

The company's stakeholders include neurodivergent and Disabled people, coaching clients, community organisations, employers, universities and other organisations seeking to improve accessibility and inclusion.

Stakeholders were consulted through one-to-one coaching, discovery and co-creation sessions, workshops, facilitated discussions and ongoing conversations with community and organisational partners. Feedback continued to highlight the importance of practical workplace support, accessible policies and processes, opportunities for neurodivergent and Disabled people to influence decisions that affect them, and spaces for connection and community.

In response, The Self Agency CIC continued to develop practical neuroinclusive training and guidance, tailored consultancy and coaching, and collaborative approaches that centre lived experience. Feedback from sessions and client work was used to adapt content, accessibility and delivery to the needs of the people and organisations involved.
