Basis of preparing the financial statements
Going concern
The company incurred a trading loss for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 of £1,181,969 (2024: profit £1,797). At the year end the company has net assets of £1,299,897 (2024: net assets £2,481,866). Despite this, the directors have prepared forecasts and cash flow projections for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These projections take into account the actions that management have already implemented and those planned to improve profitability and cash generation, including restriction of permanent hiring and using scalable outsourcing to lower fixed costs, to develop an agile, on-demand service delivery, further overhead reductions, improved debt recovery, focus on business development. These measures have been put in place from the start of 2025 and have already seen the UK return to profitability.
