1.Accounting policies
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
The Company incurred a loss during the year which has resulted in a reduction in shareholders' funds. However, the Company continues to report positive net assets at the balance sheet date and has sufficient resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due.
If required, the directors will provide financial support to the Company to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due.
