The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).
| 2. | STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE |
| 3. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements
Change in accounting period
The financial statements have been prepared for the longer period of 18 months and therefore the amounts presented in the financial statements (including the related notes) are not entirely comparable with the previous period of 12 months.
The reason for the extended period of reporting is for the company's financial year end to be more inline with financial year ends of the other companies within the group.
Going concern
These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
The director confirms that the company is to be dormant for the foreseeable future.
The company is currently able to meet its liabilities as they fall due with support from Vergo Pest Management Limited, a connected company.
After considering these matters, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. These financial statements do not include any adjustments that would be required if the company were unable to continue as a going concern.
Preparation of consolidated financial statements
The financial statements contain information about Wordingham Assets Limited as an individual company and do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company is exempt under Section 401 of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirements to prepare consolidated financial statements as it and its subsidiary undertaking are included by full consolidation in the consolidated financial statements of its parent, Tyro Bidco AS, C/o Pelias Norsk, Skadedyrkontrollas, Dammenvegan 2, 2414 Elverum, Norway.
Related party exemption
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.
Investments in subsidiaries
Investments in subsidiary undertakings are recognised at cost and reviewed for impairment. Any impairment is recognised in the profit and loss account.

Financial instruments
A financial asset or a financial liability is recognised only when the entity becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the instruments.
Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at the transaction price, unless the arrangement constitutes, in effect, a financing transaction, where it is recognised at the present value of the future payments discounted at a market rate of interest for a similar debt instrument.
Debt instruments are subsequently measured at amortised cost.
| 4. | EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS |

As at the balance sheet date, the company held 100% of the ordinary share capital of Greenthink Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
In the prior year, due to Greenthink Ltd ceasing to trade, a provision for impairment was recognised, bringing the carrying value of the investment in subsidiary down to £Nil as at 31 March 2024.
As at 30 September 2025, the carrying value remains at £Nil.
| 6. | DEBTORS: AMOUNTS FALLING DUE WITHIN ONE YEAR |

Amounts owed by group undertakings
The company provided one of its wholly owned subsidiaries with an interest-free loan of £99,920 (2024 - £99,920). This balance has been determined as irrecoverable, however, it has not been formally waived. As a result, a provision for impairment of the total loan receivable has been recognised to reduce the carrying value of the loan to £Nil within debtors, and the corresponding expense has been recognised in the profit and loss account.
