Prior to the application for striking off, the total amount outstanding and owed by the company to the director was £34,175.03. To facilitate the orderly voluntary strike-off of the company, the director has formally and unconditionally waived their right to the repayment of this balance. Consequently, the outstanding balance at the closure date is £0."
