Notes to the financial statements

1. Accounting basis and standards

The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

2. Going concern

The accounts are drawn up under the going concern basis because although the statement of financial position is showing a net liability position of £3,708 the director/shareholder has confirmed their continuing financial support to the company for the foreseeable future to enable it to meet any financial obligations of the business as they fall due.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
