| Loans to Directors and Connected Persons - The Company has provided a loan to Aikaterini Papadopoulos. The value of the loan at the beginning of the financial year was £172,733.16. No advances were made and no repayments were made during the year.Interest is charged at 1% per annum. Interest of £1,727.34 was accrued during the year, resulting in an amount outstanding of £174,460.50 at the year end. The loan is repayable over 15 years and is unsecured. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
