7. Related party transactions

During the year the company entered into the following transactions with related parties:

Mr Sergii Kaftia (Director): As at 30 April 2026, the company owed £75,000 to Mr Sergii Kaftia via Director's Loan Account (2025: £75,000).
Mrs Maryna Kaftia (Spouse of Director): Included in trade creditors is an amount of £120,000 (2025: £120,000) owed for management services.

The ultimate controlling party is Sergii Kaftia by virtue of his 100% shareholding in the company.
