3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to the director
At the beginning of the year the director was owed £1,087 by the company. During the year the company repaid this balance and loaned a further of £6,328 to the director. The loan was interest free and had no fixed repayment date. The director made a repayment of £6,680 during the year which left a remaining balance of £352 owed to the director at the year end which is included within current liabilities. No amounts were written off or waived during the year.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
