The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities regime in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The Company has opted not to file the Profit and Loss Account in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime, under section 444 of the Companies Act 2006.
The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 29 September 2026.

Included within debtors at the Balance Sheet date is £44,532 (2024: £44,662) due from K. Scott, a director of the Company. Interest is charged at the HMRC official rate which, at the Balance Sheet date, is 3.75%. The total interest of £5,574 is shown as other income and the loan is repayable on demand.
Included within other creditors at the Balance Sheet date is £92,946 (2024: £74,702) due to G. Winter, a director of the Company.
