FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JANUARY 2026

1.Accounting policies

1.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgment in applying the Company's accounting policies.

The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

1.2

Going concern

As noted already, as at 31 December 2019 China had alerted the World Health Organisation to several cases of an unusual form of pneumonia in Wuhan. However, substantive information about what has now been identified as coronavirus (or COVID-19) only came to light in early 2020. The possible continuing impact of this strain of coronavirus is currently unknown and, as such, the director will take account of any challenges that the company faces in light of the COVID-19 situation and will continue to act where possible to protect the going concern status of the company. The director and her family and associated parties (known as the Lee-Ross family) have outstanding loans due from the company. They have advised of their continued support and so these financial statements have been produced on the Going Concern basis.
