• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

Advances

The directors loan accounts are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 March 2025, the balance owed from the director was £10,816. During the year, the company made advances to director amounting to £13,652 and received repayments of £12,473 leaving a balance due from the director of £11,995.

At 1 March 2024, the balance owed by the director was £3,462. During the year, £15,966 was advanced to the director, and £8,612 was repaid by the director. At 28 February 2025, the balance owed by the director was £10,816.
