REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2026. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019). |
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES |
Charitable objects |
| The charity's objects, as set out in its governing document, are the provision of dental care and the promotion of oral health for persons in need in the UK and overseas, including educational and preventative programmes, for people who would not otherwise have access to such care. |
Public benefit statement |
| The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit in exercising their powers and duties, and in planning the charity's future activities. The trustees consider that the activities summarised in this report deliver a clear and direct public benefit consistent with the charity's objects, and that any private benefit arising is incidental. |
Activities and services delivered during the year |
| Dentaid The Dental Charity continued to build on the significant growth achieved in previous years, extending the reach of its clinical and educational services to more under-served communities in the UK and overseas. |
| Income grew by 19% during the year, to £3.67 million (FY25: £3.09m). This growth was driven principally by an increase in the number of clinics delivered, together with the continued development of the charity's contract with NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB). |
| The charity delivered 492 UK clinics during the year, compared with 397 in the prior year, an increase of 23%. This was the second full year of the Hampshire & IOW ICB contract, under which 798 clinics were delivered, compared with 704 in the prior year. |
| The trustees wish to record their sincere thanks to the charity's volunteer dentists and dental nurses, whose generosity underpins the delivery of our charitable clinical services for those experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse. During the year, volunteers donated an estimated £235k of professional expertise to Dentaid free of charge. |
| A new hub was opened in the north west of England during the year, extending the charity's operational footprint into a further region and supporting the continued consolidation of the growth achieved in recent years. The charity also welcomed a new mobile dental unit, (nicknamed Manny, in recognition of the bike ride organised by Straumann Group Foundation that helped to fund it) into its fleet, increasing capacity to deliver services to communities in need. |
| The BrightBites children's oral health programme continued to expand, with 123,000 children seen by Dentaid employed and volunteer oral health educators. The focus of the scheme is to deliver oral health education messages and provide oral health resources in areas of multiple deprivation helping to address a lack of awareness about the importance of dental health and hygiene poverty. |
| Dentaid continued our overseas work in 2026, undertaking five overseas trips during the year, travelling to Uganda (three trips),Cambodia (one trip) and Malawi (one trip), delivering dental care and training to communities with limited access to dental services. |
| The trustees are also grateful for the continued support of our corporate partners, whose contributions have been instrumental in enabling this year's growth. |

REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES |
Infrastructure and governance developments |
| At the start of the financial year the charity relocated to new premises in Totton, providing a base better suited to its increased scale of operations. Alongside this, the charity invested in technology and IT systems to strengthen its governance and management infrastructure, ensuring the organisation is well positioned to support its continued growth. |
Looking ahead |
| The Trustees intend to further increase the size of the charity's fleet during the coming year, extending its reach into additional under-served communities and to continue investing in Dentaid's IT and systems capability to support this growth. |
| Dentaid will also continue to build relationships within the dental community as its reach and influence increases and work with a wide range of statutory bodies, commissioned providers and partner charities of all sizes. |
FINANCIAL REVIEW |
Financial position and key items from year |
| A surplus of £64,961 has been reported and total reserves are £1,230,282. Cash flow has increased during the year with a cash balance of £988,466 reported at the year end. |
| The charity has seen income grow to £3,672,512 from £3,088,510, driven by an expansion of operations in the UK. |
| The cost base of the charity has increased proportionately to support the growth in income, with costs increasing to £3,607,512 from £2,795,342. Wages have increased in line with the local employment market, along with Government mandated employer NI increases and also now include £235k to recognise the gift in kind of professional services of our volunteer dentists. |
| Additional costs were incurred due to it being the first full year in the new office, with increases in rent, rates and insurance costs. |
| Management continue to pay close attention to costs and manage these sensibly and prudently. As a result, the charity has delivered another surplus and moves the charity onto firmer financial footing. |
Principal funding sources |
| The principal funding sources are from statutory funding and donations. The charity also receives significant grant income. |
| The majority of funding is received from project income, from both charity clinics and clinics commissioned by NHS Hampshire & IOW. Project income increased to £2,167k (2025:£1,855k) which reflects the increase in clinics performed in the year. |
| As Dentaid requires funding that is appropriate to grant sources, we consider that we are well placed with a good reputation to further increase grant funding in future years. We also expect to be able to increase project income in future years as our reputation continues to grow. |
| Dentaid's fundraising and events income is focused around our industry and supporter connections which are crucial to develop and maintain and are considered as important as the funding stream itself. Dentaid maintains a dedicated grants and fundraising resource within its organisational structure. |

FINANCIAL REVIEW |
Reserves policy |
| Dentaid The Dental Charity holds reserves to ensure the long-term financial sustainability and stability of its operations. |
| In the last four years the charity's activities have grown rapidly, increasing demands on its infrastructure and operational capacity which need to be underpinned by financial resilience. |
| As Dentaid expands its network of charity dental clinics, reserves support investment in volunteer recruitment, training and, where necessary, the ability to pay dental professionals to maintain continuity of care. |
| Reserves also provide essential flexibility to fund the ongoing infrastructure and IT development that will streamline data management and improve efficiency. |
| With a growing need for unrestricted income to fortify charitable delivery, reserves provide financial resilience against fluctuations in corporate and fundraising support. They also ensure that Dentaid can maintain services while investing in the replacement of its ageing fleet of mobile dental units, which are vital to reaching vulnerable communities. |
| Furthermore, reserves provide flexibility to respond to shifts in the political and social environment that may affect funding or service delivery. |
| The trustees have agreed that the appropriate level of free reserves should be equivalent to three months payroll and support costs. This level is reviewed annually to ensure it remains appropriate to the charity's |
| size, structure and risk profile. This position is reported each year in Dentaid's audited accounts. |
| At the 31 March 2026 the organisation has reserves of £1,230k of which £1,155k were unrestricted. The reserves include fixed assets of £514k. Cash at bank and in hand grew from £766k in 2025 to £988k in 2026. The Trustees consider maintaining free reserves equal to three months payroll and support costs or £300k to be a sensible policy. This policy will continue to be reviewed as the charity grows. This allows the charity the financial headroom to seek new funding opportunities and make cost savings in the event of the loss of current income stream. |
Going concern |
| The trustees have assessed the entity's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. |
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT |
Governing document |
| The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust, and constitutes a limited company, limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006. |
DENTAID LIMITED (REGISTERED NUMBER: 03660759) |
REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT |
Board development and governance |
| One new trustee has been appointed in the financial year. New trustees are recruited to ensure the board has an appropriate balance of skills, with a skills audit undertaken periodically. All new trustees receive an induction pack, together with briefings from the chair and chief executive. |
| The charity is governed by a board of trustees (who are also directors of the company for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006) which meets at least quarterly to set strategy and monitor performance. Day-to-day operations are delegated to the CEO and SMT, who report to the board. |
| Two new sub-committees were set up during the year, for Audit and Risk (chaired by Rob Blakemore) and Clinical Governance (chaired by Ashley Watson). Terms of reference for the sub-committees were approved by the board of trustees. |
| A full review of policies and procedures is undertaken by management on an annual basis. This is reviewed and adopted by the board. |
| The board undertakes annual performance reviews with the CEO and will agree targets in line with 2027 budget. |
Key management remuneration |
Key management are remunerated in line with current market rate remuneration packages to ensure a good staff retention rate and minimise disruption caused by the loss of key individuals. |
Risk management |
| The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error. |
| The trustees confirm that they have given consideration to the major risks to which the charity is exposed and that systems have been established to mitigate those risks. The principal risks identified during the year, and the mitigating actions taken, are summarised below: |
| Risk area | Mitigation |
| Overseas programme delivery risk | In-country partner due diligence, safeguarding policy and training, insurance cover and regular monitoring of visits. |
| Income concentration / fundraising risk | Diversification of income streams across donations, grants, corporate partnerships, participation events, online giving and reserves policy. |
| Financial and treasury risk | Segregation of duties, regular review of management accounts, authorised signatory limits, reserves policy. |
| Safeguarding of vulnerable beneficiaries | Safeguarding policy aligned to sector good practice, DBS checks for relevant roles, mandatory training. |
| Regulatory and compliance risk | Compliance calendar, external independent examination/audit, legal advice as required. |
| Clinical and delivery risk | Clinical governance committee, policies, experienced staff, internal audits CQC registration and compliance. |
| HIOW ICB Contract (41% of income) | Close monitoring of contract delivery. Regular dialogue with the ICB on delivery and performance. Income diversification and reserves policy to ensure sustainability if the case of loss of contract. |

REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES' RESPONSIBILITIES - continued |
| Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law, the trustees have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). |
| Under company law the trustees must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charitable company for that period. In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to |
| - | select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; |
| - | observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP; |
| - | make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; |
| - | prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charitable company will continue in business. |
| The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charitable company and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charitable company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. |
| In so far as the trustees are aware: |
| - | there is no relevant audit information of which the charitable company's auditors are unaware; and |
| - | the trustees have taken all steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant audit information and to establish that the auditors are aware of that information. |

REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF |
DENTAID LIMITED |
Opinion |
| We have audited the financial statements of Dentaid Limited (the 'charitable company') for the year ended 31 March 2026 which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities, the Balance Sheet, the Cash Flow Statement and notes to the financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies. The financial reporting framework that has been applied in their preparation is applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). |
| In our opinion the financial statements: |
| - | give a true and fair view of the state of the charitable company's affairs as at 31 March 2026 and of its incoming resources and application of resources, including its income and expenditure, for the year then ended; |
| - | have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice; and |
| - | have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. |
Basis for opinion |
| We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. Our responsibilities under those standards are further described in the Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements section of our report. We are independent of the charitable company in accordance with the ethical requirements that are relevant to our audit of the financial statements in the UK, including the FRC's Ethical Standard, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. |
Conclusions relating to going concern |
In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. |
Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. |
Our responsibilities and the responsibilities of the trustees with respect to going concern are described in the relevant sections of this report. |
Other information |
The trustees are responsible for the other information. The other information comprises the information included in the Annual Report, other than the financial statements and our Report of the Independent Auditors thereon. |
Our opinion on the financial statements does not cover the other information and, except to the extent otherwise explicitly stated in our report, we do not express any form of assurance conclusion thereon. |
In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the other information and, in doing so, consider whether the other information is materially inconsistent with the financial statements or our knowledge obtained in the audit or otherwise appears to be materially misstated. If we identify such material inconsistencies or apparent material misstatements, we are required to determine whether this gives rise to a material misstatement in the financial statements themselves. If, based on the work we have performed, we conclude that there is a material misstatement of this other information, we are required to report that fact. We have nothing to report in this regard. |
Other matters |
In our opinion, based on the work undertaken in the course of the audit: |
- | the information given in the Report of the Trustees for the financial year for which the financial statements are prepared is consistent with the financial statements; and |
- | the Report of the Trustees has been prepared in accordance with applicable legal requirements. |
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF |
DENTAID LIMITED |
Matters on which we are required to report by exception |
In the light of the knowledge and understanding of the charitable company and its environment obtained in the course of the audit, we have not identified material misstatements in the Report of the Trustees. |
We have nothing to report in respect of the following matters where the Companies Act 2006 requires us to report to you if, in our opinion: |
- | adequate accounting records have not been kept or returns adequate for our audit have not been received from branches not visited by us; or |
- | the financial statements are not in agreement with the accounting records and returns; or |
- | certain disclosures of trustees' remuneration specified by law are not made; or |
- | we have not received all the information and explanations we require for our audit; or |
- | the trustees were not entitled to take advantage of the small companies exemption from the requirement to prepare a Strategic Report or in preparing the Report of the Trustees. |
Responsibilities of trustees |
As explained more fully in the Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities, the trustees (who are also the directors of the charitable company for the purposes of company law) are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal control as the trustees determine is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. |
In preparing the financial statements, the trustees are responsible for assessing the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless the trustees either intend to liquidate the charitable company or to cease operations, or have no realistic alternative but to do so. |
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF |
DENTAID LIMITED |
Our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements |
Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue a Report of the Independent Auditors that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs (UK) will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements. |
The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities, including fraud is detailed below: |
From discussion with management and those charged with governance information about the entity is documented to assess the activity within the organisation. We discuss management's assessment of risk in respect of irregularities, fraud and going concern. |
Based on these discussions and our own assessments we determined that the key risk areas were income recognition in respect of cut off issues and management override concerning the size of the organisation. |
We set financial statement materiality level based on the level of income. As a not for profit organisation raising income is its primary focus which is why income was used to determine the level of materiality. Our overall assessment of risk was used to determine performance materiality at an appropriate level. |
Substantive audit tests were designed after assessing and performing walkthrough tests. The walkthrough testing confirmed documented systems which have been designed to act as a preventative measure against fraud and error which appear to be operating as documented. Substantive testing tested a sample of the population, representative of the population, to identify errors. The testing did not identify any material misstatements in areas tested. |
Audit substantive tests concluded no material errors over the key risk areas of income recognition and management override. |
The audit considers the organisation is not exposed to material risk of error as a result of assessing laws and regulations that are appropriate to the organisation. |
A further description of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements is located on the Financial Reporting Council's website at www.frc.org.uk/auditorsresponsibilities. This description forms part of our Report of the Independent Auditors. |
Use of our report |
This report is made solely to the charitable company's members, as a body, in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006. Our audit work has been undertaken so that we might state to the charitable company's members those matters we are required to state to them in an auditors' report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charitable company and the charitable company's members as a body, for our audit work, for this report, or for the opinions we have formed. |

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102, have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019)', Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
Limited by guarantee |
The charitable company is limited by guarantee and does not have share capital. Each member of the company has agreed to contribute to the assets of the company in the event of it being wound up while they are a member, or within one year after they cease to be a member, such amount as may be required, not exceeding £1. |
Going concern |
The trustees are of the opinion that the Charitable Company can continue to meet its obligations for at least twelve months after the signing of the accounts and that the Charitable Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore the trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Report and financial statements. |
Critical accounting judgements and key sources of estimation uncertainty |
| In the application of the charity's accounting policies, the trustees are required to make judgements, estimates and assumptions about the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities that are not readily apparent from other sources. The estimates and associated assumptions are based on historical experience and other factors considered relevant. |
| The trustees consider that there are no significant judgements made in applying the charity's accounting policies and no key assumptions concerning the future, or other key sources of estimation uncertainty at the reporting date, that have a significant risk of causing a material adjustment to the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities within the next financial year. |
Income |
Income is recognised when the charity is entitled to it, it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the charity, and the amount can be measured reliably. Income from exchange transactions is recognised in line with the delivery of the related goods or services. Income from non-exchange transactions, including donations and grants, is recognised when the charity has entitlement, receipt is probable, and the amount can be measured reliably. |
Grant income |
Grant income is recognised when the charity has entitlement to the grant, it is probable that the income will be received, and the amount can be measured reliably. Where grants are subject to performance-related conditions or other conditions that prevent recognition, income is deferred and recognised as the conditions are met. Amounts received in advance of recognition are included in deferred income. |
Trading activities |
Income from trading activities is recognised as income from exchange transactions when the charity satisfies its performance obligations by supplying goods or services. Income from fundraising events and similar activities is recognised when the event takes place, and income from the sale of goods or equipment is recognised when control passes to the purchaser. |
Investment income |
Investment income is recognised when receivable and the amount can be measured reliably. Interest on funds held on deposit is recognised using the effective interest method. |
DENTAID LIMITED |
NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - continued |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 |
1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES - continued |
Expenditure |
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources. |
Intangible assets |
| Intangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost or valuation, net of depreciation and any impairment losses. |
| The gain or loss arising on the disposal of an asset is determined as the difference between the sale proceeds and the carrying value of the asset, and is recognised in the statement of financial activities. |
| Website costs are to be amortised over 5 years, in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful life. |
Tangible fixed assets |
| Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. |
Improvements to property | - |
Plant and machinery | - |
Mobile Dental Units | - |
Computer equipment | - |
| Tangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost or valuation, net of depreciation and any impairment losses. |
| The gain or loss arising on the disposal of an asset is determined as the difference between the sale proceeds and the carrying value of the asset, and is recognised in the statement of financial activities. |
| Individual fixed assets costing £500 or more are capitalised at cost. |
| Impairment of fixed assets |
| At each reporting end date, the charitable company reviews the carrying amounts of its tangible assets to determine whether there is any indication that those assets have suffered an impairment loss. If any such indication exists, the recoverable amount of the asset is estimated in order to determine the extent of the impairment loss. |

| Donated dental supplies received for use in the charity’s activities are recognised as income when the charity has control over the items, it is probable that economic benefit will flow to the charity, and the fair value of the items can be measured reliably. |
| These items are recognised as donation income at their fair value on receipt. A corresponding expense is recognised when the items are consumed in the deliverance of charitable services. Where valuation is possible, fair value is based on the replacement cost or market value of equivalent items. If reliable valuation is not possible at the time of donation, income is recognised at the point the items are used. |
| Donated supplies held at the year-end are recognised as stock and are measured at the lower of fair value at the date of donation and net realisable value. |

Stocks |
| Stock provision |
| As each reporting date, stock is assessed for impairment. If stock is impaired, the carrying amount is reduced to scrap value. The impairment loss is recognised immediately in the profit or loss. |
Taxation |
| The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities. |
Fund accounting |
| Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees. |
| Restricted funds can only be used for particular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes. |
| Further explanation of the nature and purpose of each fund is included in the notes to the financial statements. |
Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
The charitable company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the charitable company's pension scheme are charged to the Statement of Financial Activities in the period to which they relate. |
Donated services and facilities |
The charitable company receive services from volunteer dentists and nurses in order to perform a number of their treatment clinics. Due to these services being supplied by individuals as part of their trade, as well as the charitable company's ability to quantify the services, the charity SORP requires these services to be recognised as donated services consistent with the rates charged by locums in the event that no volunteers were available to carry out a clinic. |
Dilapidation provision |
| A provision is recognised for the estimated costs of restoring leasehold properties to their original condition where the charity has a legal or constructive obligation under the lease terms. The provision reflects the best estimate of the expected outflow, based on lease agreements and, where relevant, external advice. Amounts expected to be settled more than 12 months after the balance sheet date are classified as long-term. The provision is reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary. |

Dentaid's operations in England are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It is a requirement under CQC regulation that the Registered Manager is a member of the board to ensure that they have significant influence over board decisions on clinical governance matters. The role of Registered Manager also needs to have oversight of the day to day activities. The only person who was able to meet this criteria was Andrew Evans - CEO who is the CQC Registered Manager and therefore was made a board member. The governance rules have been amended to reflect this. |
During the year, Andrew Evans received a gross salary of £72,000 (2025: £56,000), employers NIC of £10,049 (2025: £6,473) and employers pension of £2,201 (2025: £2,164). This is due to him being CEO. The charity had authority to pay this under their governing document. |
