The company operates as a not-for-profit Business Improvement District (BID) financed primarily by levy contributions. The Board of Directors actively reviews the company’s reserves policy to safeguard operational stability and ensure the continuous delivery of BID projects. The Directors consider it prudent to retain an appropriate level of unrestricted reserves. This serves to manage seasonal cash flow fluctuations inherent to levy collection cycles, protect against unforeseen operational liabilities, and ensure sufficient working capital is maintained. The Board confirms that the current level of reserves provides a suitable and resilient buffer to meet all ongoing obligations.
