Basis of Preparation / Cessation of Trade During the period, the company ceased trading. The final trading transaction occurred on 31 May 2026 and no further trading activity has taken place thereafter. These financial statements have therefore been prepared for the period up to the cessation of trade and include all income, expenses, assets and liabilities existing at that date. The directors have reviewed the company's position following the cessation of trade and consider the disclosures contained within these financial statements to provide a true and fair view of the company's affairs.
